Data Deletion Request

You can ask Cilo Media Studio LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes any data we accessed through the Instagram Graph API or other Meta platform APIs while providing services on behalf of a client.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us at:
Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name.
- The email address and/or the Instagram or social media account handle the request relates to.
- Any detail that helps us identify the data (for example, the brand or campaign it is connected to).
What happens next
We will confirm we received your request, verify your identity, and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days. We may need to keep certain information where the law requires it (for example, for tax or accounting purposes); if so, we will tell you what we are keeping and why. We will let you know once your request has been completed.
Removing our app's access yourself
If we accessed your data through a connected Instagram or Facebook account, you can also remove our app's access directly from your account settings: open Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook or Instagram, find the relevant app, and remove it. You may also contact the business whose campaign your data was connected to.
